Do I receive confirmation of my booking?
Yes, you will receive appointment confirmation on the page when you make the booking, and you will receive an email confirmation confirming location, date and time of your appointment.
Where is my confirmation email?
If you booked online, your confirmation will show on that page, and an email should have been sent to the email you provided when booking. Please, when booking, make sure to type your email address correctly. Your email client may direct certain emails to your spam folder, so check there. If you think the booking was successful but you still don’t see a confirmation email, please call the salon where you attempted to book and we can check the system for you.
Will I be reminded about my appointment?
Yes, we send out automated email reminders 24 hours prior to appointments
Do I pay online when I book an appointment?
No, you pay at the salon by cash or card

How close to my desired time can I book?
You can book an appointment as close as 1 hour before the start time. We accept bookings online up to 2 months in advance.
What is the age limit for a child wanting to sit in the sports car
Our sports cars are suitable for children up to the age of 3
What happens if I'm late for my appointment?
Being late for your appointment may result in losing that time slot, you will have to wait until a stylist becomes available.
